Capstone has closed the sale of 1411-1434 Anita Street, Pueblo CO, a multifamily portfolio consisting of 9 buildings totaling 24 units for the sale price of $3,200,000.  Lee Wagner, Senior Advisor of Capstone represented both the Seller & the Buyer on this transaction.

This 24-unit portfolio consisted of 6 duplexes and 3 quadraplexes. The duplexes were built in 1994 and boast large 2 bedroom & 1-bathroom units. The quadraplexes were built in 1993 and all units consist of desirable1050 SF 3 bedroom & 2-bathroom units.

1411-1434 Anita Street is conveniently located at the intersection of Norwood Ave & Anita St. Easy access to HWY 50 and the soon-to-come newly built Pueblo East High School.
