FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Nov. 20, 2020 – CBRE announced that Studio Be Salon has signed a 1,500-sq.-ft. lease in Loveland, Colo., for its fifth location. Mistene Nugent of CBRE’s Fort Collins office represented the tenant in securing the lease.

Located at 261 North Lincoln Ave., Studio Be Salon is situated in The Foundry mixed-used development in Loveland’s historic downtown. The Foundry features luxury apartments, retail space, a seven-screen MetroLux Theatres Dine-In Theater, a hotel, public parking and a central plaza for community entertainment. The Foundry was recently named a project winner in Downtown Colorado Inc.’s 2020 Governor’s Awards.
