Windsor Court is a 143-unit community, built in 1973 and located at 1570 Joliet Street, Aurora, Colorado 80010, just minutes to the Fitzsimons Innovation Campus.
Bill Morkes and Craig Stack of Colliers represented the seller, a privately held real estate firm, out of New York. The buyer was Community Preservation Partners (CPP), a national investor of affordable housing. The buyer plans on making substantial upgrades and renovation to the community while extending the property’s property-based, HUD Housing Assistance Payment Contract for long-term; assuring the community will remain affordable to the community.
