Colliers International Denver is experiencing exponential growth for the first half of 2019. Our office has hired several talented individuals and has also re-vamped and re-named our Research department into Client Services and Analytics, with the addition of Steig Seaward, who will be serving as the Vice President of the department. Steig brings with him a tremendous amount of experience and expertise in commercial real estate research and marketing and hopes to create a more competitive list of capabilities for Colliers Denver with the evolution of the department. Steig describes his new department as, “all about being client facing and proactive by anticipating the needs of brokers, owners, and developers [in order to develop] strong relationships with each of them.”
“In addition to providing the typical ‘block & tackle’ research, we also want to raise the bar on the level of services that we provide by offering things such as interactive presentations as well as utilizing geo-fencing and mobile data to better understand where our clients’ customers are,” said Steig.
Additionally, Colliers hired Matt Giordano as a Research Analyst to support Steig in the development and implementation of the department. Matt is a CU Boulder graduate and worked as an intern at another commercial real estate firm in 2017.
