DURANGO – Colliers’ Craig Stack and Bill Morkes represented the seller, Virtu Investments, in the sale of Hillcrest Apartments at 1000 Goeglien Gulch Road in Durango. The apartments, built in 2002, are located next to Fort Lewis College and feature 112 units. The property was sold to Denver-based Blueline Equity Partner for an undisclosed price.
