The property was built in 1960 and was overall well maintained with an attractive mix of one and two bedroom apartments.
The sale price of $173,333/unit is one of the highest sales on a per unit basis in Littleton for properties built prior to 1979. Colliers reported that there were multiple competing offers and the property went under contract within two weeks from the commencement of marketing.
