DENVER (January 26, 2021) – The X Company, based in Chicago, is bringing its branded community to Denver in late February 2021 with the grand opening of X Denver: an 813-bed apartment building and membership club located within blocks of Rockies Stadium.
X Denver’s apartment complex includes fully furnished co-living suites with three and four-bedroom floor plans, which allow residents the opportunity to conveniently live with friends or other signed residents while maintaining their privacy with private and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Over 60% of the apartments at X Denver are traditional studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. All units come complete with in-unit laundry, spacious closets, downtown or mountain views and high-speed Wi-Fi at no additional cost. X Denver’s furnished units are equipped with all of the necessities, from sheets to furniture, pots and pans, and flat-screen television in the living room to waste bins and hangers. Unit and bedroom pricing varies based on features, floor plan and square footage.
X Denver caters to residents who have pets and prides itself on its unique dog-friendly amenities. On the roof, X Denver has built a “bark park” for the residents’ furry friends. The apartment building is also conveniently located within minutes of Cuernavaca Park, Railyard Dog Park, Commons Park and Confluence Park.
“We are thrilled to be bringing X to the mile-high city,” said CEO Noah Gottlieb. “Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was important to create a sense of ‘belonging,’ since safe, social interaction is something we have all been lacking this past year.”
X Denver residents will receive a complimentary membership to the X Club, opening in May 2021. X Denver Club features a rooftop lounge with a full-service bar and restaurant, reservable conference rooms, group fitness classes, daily wellness offerings, a fully equipped gym, private meeting pods, and a rooftop pool “house” with a wading and swimming pool, 30-person jacuzzi, cocktail bar, firepits, amphitheater seating and mountain views. All-access memberships are available for $275 a month and are open to non-residents.

Residents and club members of X Denver will be able to stay connected 24/7 with the building through the X Denver app. App features include mobile key access, visitors and remote unlock, event browsing and RSVP capabilities as well as in-app chat and customer support. The building is also equipped with 24/7 security cameras and a professional cleaning staff.
X Denver will open its doors to residents on Friday, February 26th. Official Grand Opening details to come.
