McDonalds is coming to Elizabeth! The Wild Pointe Ranch Marketplace, located on State Highway 86 in Elizabeth, will soon welcome McDonalds to the Elizabeth area after the recent sale of Lot 1 at Wild Pointe Ranch Marketplace for $650,000 on June 22, 2022. The seller, Wild Pointe Investment Properties, was represented by Mitch Trevey & Nick Beach of Trevey Commercial and the buyer, Hutton ST 17, LLC (the Build-to-Suit developer for McDonalds), was represented by Courtney Key of Sullivan Hayes.
Hutton will construct a free-standing 4.597 s.f. building for McDonalds on the prime corner lot (the first built on the 8 lots recently completed on the east side of Walmart) including a large drive-thru and seating area.
