Denver, CO – March 15, 2022 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of 5350 Broadway, Denver, CO. The 3,500 square foot two-unit industrial building was sold on March 14, 2022, for $1,300,000 or $371 per square foot.
Nick Jurgens, a Managing Partner with Madison Commercial Properties, represented the seller, Athi Holdings, LLC, in the transaction. Jessica Smith, Sr. CRE Advisor with Madison Commercial Properties, represented the Buyer, JD Patterson LLC, owner of Denver’s 1-800 GOT-JUNK.
