Th deal was brokered by Alex Kovacs, CCIM, senior broker associate This brand is a new concept affiliated with the IHG franchise (Holiday Inn). This hotel is the first ground up prototype developed in the nation. Madison Commercial Properties, LLC previously sold the 2+/- acre stie to the Developer in January 2021. The hotel is an all suites contemporary concept, with a plethora of common area conducive to socialization and co-working collaboration among customers, The hotel includes a large exercise facility, has free hot breakfast items, free wifi, and has a limited bar, with ready -to-drink cocktails, beer and wine service, as well as small plate food items.
