Denver – Nexus Commercial Realty, LLC, has closed the sale of 1377 Lansing Street, a 12-unit multifamily property for the sale price of $1,610,000. Sean Holamon of Nexus represented both the Buyer and the Seller in the transaction.

1377 Lansing Street is made up of eight 1-bedroom and four 2-bedroom units. The 8,696 SF building was delivered to the Buyer with new windows, new exterior paint, and new landscaping. Washer and dryer is included in the units and the property also provided  covered parking for tenants.

1377 Lansing Street is located in Aurora, near the intersection of Lansing and 14th Avenue. The property is in close proximity to the Fitzsimons Medical Campus, which is currently the largest job generator statewide.

The buyer plans to hold the property for 5 years and make upgrades to the remaining units that have not been turned recently.
