Denver – Nexus Commercial Realty, LLC, has closed the sale of 1437 Moline Street, a 7,800 SF multifamily property for the sale price of $1,410,000. Sean Holamon of Nexus represented both the Buyer and the Seller in the transaction.

The building consists of 12 units, with 11 large one-bedroom units and one studio. Many of the units have been renovated, including the kitchens and bathrooms. The property also features a large, fenced-in greenspace and off-street parking.

1437 Moline is conveniently located near the intersection of East Colfax Avenue and Moline Street. The property is a block away from the Fitzsimons Medical Campus, which is projected to employ over 40,000 people. 

The buyer plans to hold the property long term and renovate the remaining 6 units.
