Denver – Nexus Commercial Realty, LLC, has closed the sale of 710 Emery Street & 1637 Kimbark Street in Longmont, for the portfolio sale price of $2,400,000. Brandon Kaufman & Nik MacCarter of Nexus represented the Seller, and Sean Holamon of Nexus represented the Buyer in the transaction.
The deal totaled 20 units, with four 2-bedrooms, and sixteen 1-bedrooms. The properties are located in a great Longmont location, close to Main Street with many restaurants and retail. The buyer plans to install a new roof on the Kimbark property, as well as renovate and improve all units in both buildings.
