Denver – Nexus Commercial Realty, LLC, has closed on the sale of La Nila Apartments, an 8-unit multifamily property located at 2561-2575 Jellison Street for the sale price of $1,500,000. Austin Smith of Nexus represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.

The property is a stabilized 8-unit property that consists of two identical 4-unit buildings. Each unit is a large 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with washer and dryer. The buildings sit on a huge lot with ample parking for tenants as well as yard space. All units are separately metered for gas and electric.
