Nexus openly listed the development opportunity and procured the buyer for the sale.
The property is zoned for multifamily, medium density on a highly trafficked area off of East Colfax.
The 63,662 SF parcel of land is conveniently located on East Colfax near the intersection of Laredo Street and E Colfax Ave.
The buyer plans on making improvements to the land and working with the city of Aurora on permitting the property for townhome development.
