Denver – Nexus Commercial Realty, LLC, has closed the sale of 2860 W 32nd, a 37-unit multifamily property for the sale price of $7,500,000.  Austin Smith of Nexus represented the Seller, and Brandon Kaufman & Nik MacCarter of Nexus represented the Buyer.

The Flats on 32nd is a 24,069 SF building that consists of 10 studios, 5 one-bedrooms, and 22 two-bedroom units. The exterior walk-up apartments feature off-street tenant parking and a fenced courtyard with greenspace.
