Nexus Commercial Realty, LLC, has closed on the sale of University Park in Fort Collins, a 20,460-SF multifamily property for the sale price of $4,600,000. Sean Holamon of Nexus represented the Seller, Brandon Kaufman & Nik MacCarter of Nexus represented the buyer.

The property consists of 24 units with a unit mix of three 4-bedroom units, fifteen 3-bedroom units, three 2-bedroom units, and three 1-bedroom units.

The University Park apartments are conveniently located on the corner of West Vine Drive and North Shields Street, adjacent to Freedom Square Park at 632 N Shields. The buildings are also located a mile from the streets of Downtown Fort Collins and the Old Town Historic District, lined with restaurants and retail.  

The Buyer plans on implementing significant interior renovations, in addition to utilizing the property’s large outdoor greenspace by adding amenities such as a gazebo and barbeque area. The Buyer plans to reposition the asset to target a tenant base of families and business professionals.
