Sean Holamon of Nexus represented the Seller, Hosler Holding 2 LLC, as well as the buyer, SMG Properties. The buyer expressed interest in acquiring multifamily properties in the area and this opportunity was presented off the open market.

The property consists of 5 one bed units and 1 two bed unit. Average unit size is about 665 sq.-ft.

1631 Clinton Street is conveniently located near the intersection of 17th and Clinton Street in Aurora, five blocks south of Stanley Marketplace.
