Sean Holamon of Nexus represented the Seller, Macon 93 LLC as well as the buyer, Udeshi Real Estate Investments LLC. The transaction took place off the open market.
The property consists of 12 one bed/one bath units of approx. 525 sq.-ft each. The Seller updated 75% of the units with new floors, kitchen upgrades and bathroom improvements.
1432 Macon Street, Aurora is conveniently located close to the intersection of E Colfax Ave and Macon Street, just a few blocks west of CU Anschutz Medical Campus.
The buyer plans to update the remaining units as the leases expire and increase rents to maximize their return.
