Perington-Miller & Company Announce Sale of Property in Johnstown

Perington-Miller & Company, Inc. recently closed on a 35-acre parcel of vacant land located at the confluence of I-25 and RD 402 Johnstown exit, to Ridge II Hold Co LLC. By Caliber Companies LLC.

Property address: 1016 SE Frontage Rd. Johnstown, CO. 80534. Closing date 3/9/2020.

The $4,300,000.00 purchase price included 6 shares of Home Supply water and 8 ¾ shares of Gard Lateral ditch rights.

Of Note: Mineral Rights for the original 40-acre parcel were sold to Anadarko Offshore, LLC for $1,140,000.00 in a separate transaction. CDOT acquired 3 acres of frontage road access in an earlier sale, for $164,000.00.

Note: Caliber Companies is currently engaged in a multifaceted development project encompassing a large portion of the Eastern perimeter of the I-25 CR Interchange. The Bath Family Farm was an 80 year original homestead, operated exclusively for farming by John and Ivan Bath.
