Pinnacle Announces the Sale of a Net Leased Industrial Building in Denver

Justin Krieger, Principal, and Greg Titus, Vice President, at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC are pleased to announce the sale of 658 N. Kalamath Street Denver, Colorado for $1,750,000, representing 100% of the asking price. The property consists of a 5,018 square foot single tenant industrial building on a 7,500 square foot lot, and the transaction closed on October 26, 2021. The property was subject to a long-term net lease with a marijuana cultivation tenant at closing. Justin Krieger and Greg Titus represented the seller, a Boulder-based partnership. The Denver-based buyer was self-represented and purchased the property as part of a 1031 exchange.
