Although this deal not only proved challenging by going under contract just before the pandemic hit but also because of the immense amount of legal work to restructure the Association of the retail center. It was a difficult task in a very tight market but the team was able to satisfy both the buyer’s and seller’s concerns, “This was just a huge win for our team and our client.
