Denver – Nexus Commercial Realty, LLC, has closed the sale of the Prince Phillips Apartments, a 20,130 square foot, 23-unit building for the sale price of $3,850,000.  Brandon Kaufman of Nexus represented the Seller, and Gunnar Wilson of Nexus represented the Buyer.

The 23-unit property consists of 12 – 2bed/1bath units, 6 – 1bed/1bath units, 5 – Studios, and conveniently, 23 off – street parking spaces. The building sits on a large .37 acre lot with 9,500 square feet of lawn space for the tenants to enjoy.
