Castle Rock, CO – SVN | Denver Commercial, one of Colorado’s top producing real estate investment brokerage firms, is pleased to announce the sale of 1354 Park Street in Castle Rock. The 5797 sq. ft. retail property was sold for $ 1,125,000.
