In July 2021 Sheldon-Gold Realty sold the property for $2,730,000 as a value add 18,069 gross square feet office warehouse building investment, the then Buyer renovated the building and resold to a user April of 2022 for $3,400,000.  Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. represented the  user buyer in an off market sale.  Seller was unrepresented.
