KW Commercial reports the following sale, closed Monday, May 6:
CBML Holdings, LLC purchased a specialty property/car wash at 935 S. Kipling Parkway in Lakewood for $1.6 million from R & Js Auto Spa, LLC. Rachel Colorosa and Sheri Meranda of KW Commercial represented the seller. Jim Deak of Your Castle Real Estate represented the buyer.
