LIGHT-INDUSTRIAL/FLEX PROPERTY IN PARKER
Parker-based KDC Colorado LLC today announces the sale of 10007 Jordan Road in Parker, CO. The 4,352 square foot former dry cleaner was sold for $1,310,000 ($301/SF). Justin Gregory and Patrick McGlinchey of SRS Real Estate Partners represented KDC Colorado while the Buyer, DKR Holdings was represented by Tower Realty Partners. The buyer will be completing extensive renovations within the property for use as a medical office. Patrick and Justin had previously set the PSF record for a vacant light industrial / flex sale in Parker at $220/SF on their 18450 Apache Drive listing earlier this year.
