Denver, CO December 16th, 2022 SVN | Denver Commercial, one of Colorado’s top producing real estate investment brokerage firms, is pleased to announce the sale of 6351 Beach St in Denver. The 13,500 sq. ft. Industrial service facility sold for $3,100,000.   

Jeff Heine and Corey Murray with SVN | Denver Commercial represented the Seller, 67th Street Acquisitions LLC. Brandon Langiewicz with Hoff & Leigh represented the Buyer.  

The property included a brand-new addition as well as a fully fenced yard for outdoor storage.
