Trevey Land and Commercial is excited to announce the leasing of a 1,200 SF space in the Crossroads Retail Center in Parker. The tenant, Stretch Labs, signed a 5 year lease with the landlord, Oak Realty. Nick Nickerson of Trevey Land and Commercial represented the landlord.
The space will soon be home to Stretch Labs, a fitness center that focuses on providing customized stretches for each client in order to promote longer, healthier lives. This will be Stretch Lab’s first location in Parker when it opens later in the year.
