On January 29, 2019, Havana LWECW LLC purchased the parcel of land at 857 S Havana St. in Aurora from Mitrah Investments & Holdings LLC for $850,000. Patrick McGlinchey and Justin Gregory of Trevey Land and Commercial represented the buyer, who intends to construct the Living Water Car Wash company’s third location.
Living Water Car Wash specializes in providing customers quality service at the intersection of affordability and sustainability. In addition to their state-of-the-art belt system, Living Water reclaims more than 50% of the water used in each wash and operates in buildings constructed to reduce the need for winter heating. Popular in Littleton for many years, the car wash provides free vacuuming, mat cleaners, a dog wash station, and allows customers the option of enrolling in a membership program. Living Water will expand their reach to Aurora when their newest location opens later this year.
