LAS VEGAS, Jan. 14, 2019 – Colliers International – Las Vegas is proud to announce Jennifer Lehr is joining the retail investment division as a senior associate.
“We are excited that Jennifer is joining the Colliers International – Las Vegas team,” said Mike Mixer, Executive Managing Director for Colliers Las Vegas. “She has a wealth of experience in the Las Vegas market specializing in sales and leasing of retail properties.”
Lehr’s primary responsibilities at Colliers International – Las Vegas include property marketing, research, property tours with potential tenants and buyers, listing procurement, negotiating leases, and responding to inquiries on listings.
She has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on leasing offices, including medical office and investment properties. Her background also includes sales and leasing of retail, industrial, land and multi-family properties along with property management. Throughout her career in the Las Vegas Valley, she has been an integral part of various teams that have closed more than $400 million worth of commercial real estate transactions.
Lehr earned a bachelor’s degree from Mercyhurst University in Pennsylvania in 1999 and a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix in 2011. She has also volunteered with the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth.
