Cushman & Wakefield Adds Retail Specialist Scot Marker as Director in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Nev., June 29, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield announced Scot Marker has joined the firm as a Director in Las Vegas, Nevada. Marker has more than 25 years of experience as a retail broker and has successfully negotiated many transactions with national concepts as a tenant representative as well as representing a variety of major retail developments in the Greater Las Vegas Market.

Marker began his career in commercial real estate in 1995 and has represented numerous popular national chain restaurants and high-profile retail brands, as well as significant properties owned and operated by many major entities. Marker joins Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers International where he was a member of its Retail Division.

Marker is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.
