LAS VEGAS – MDL Group has bolstered its investment property sales and acquisitions business line with the addition of Senior Vice President, Geoffrey West. Geoffrey brings more than 24-years of experience exclusively focusing on commercial real estate investment sales in the Las Vegas market.
Geoffrey West started his career as Assistant Vice President in Commercial Lending with US Bank. He transitioned to brokerage in 2000 at CBRE, where he rose to First Vice President of Capital Markets in the Private Client Group including, Multifamily Sales. Following that, West served as Senior Director of Capital Markets Investment Property Sales and Acquisition at Cushman & Wakefield for a decade.
Mr. West has represented clients in the sale or acquisition of over $1.5 Billion of investment properties in Southern Nevada; some notable transactions include the Hooters Hotel, the office buildings at Town Square, and 163,000 square feet of properties for America Nevada (Greenspun Family). Throughout his career, Mr. West has enjoyed working with a wide range of clients from private owners to institutional and even corporate. Geoffrey’s clients appreciate his commitment to attaining their commercial real estate goals, both short-term and long-term.
