MADISON COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES AN EXECUTED LEASE AT THE STREETS AT SOUTHGLENN
Denver, CO – February 3, 2022 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at the Streets at Southglenn, 6879 S. Vine Street, Centennial, CO. Wellis Hot Tubs of Colorado signed a 7-year lease for Unit B6-600, consisting of 4,146 SF of retail/showroom space.
Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties, represented Wellis Hot Tubs of Colorado in the transaction. Courtney Key with Sullivan Hayes represented the local Landlord, Southglenn Property Holdings, LLC.
