Denver, CO – February 3, 2022 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of Grove Liquor, located at 14344 Lincoln Street, in Thornton, CO. Established in 2014, this 2,800 SF Liquor Store achieved sales in excess of $1,484,000 in 2020. The business transaction successfully closed on January 31, 2022, for $795,000.
