Two of NAI Highland’s principal brokers Randy Dowis and Craig Anderson represented the seller Forest Lakes, LLC in this 24-acre transaction, selling the plot of land for a total of $7,100,000 to ER4 of Colorado, LLC, a Budweiser distributor.
This Budweiser distributor will be welcomed as the newest addition to the Falcon Commerce Center where they are planning to build nearly 230,000 sf in an effort to consolidate several of their distribution campuses across the front range.
