Capstone has closed the sale of Westside Station, 15,285 SF multifamily property for the sale price of $5,100,000.  Pat Knowlton & Christian Burgdorf of Capstone represented the Seller and the Buyer on this transaction.

The property has 24 total units with a mix of two bed, one bed and studio units. The property has been fully renovated and units feature updated kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring throughout. There is also ample off-street parking for tenants and an on-site BBQ area for tenants.

Westside Station is conveniently located at 25 N 31st St in Colorado Springs, on the corner of N 31st & W Kiowa St. The property is just blocks from several restaurants and retail locations in Old Colorado City and the just a short drive to Manitou Springs. 

The buyer successfully completed their 1031 exchange and plans to hold the property for the foreseeable future.
