Kyle Malnati of Calibrate Real Estate sold a triplex at 3426-3428 W. 16th Ave. for $900,000 on 12/30/2020. 

This is the third project we have worked on for this Seller totaling 11 units sold over a 7-year timeframe! “We truly value our repeat clients and are pleased to help them achieve their goals. The Seller plans to 1031 exchange into a bigger multifamily property next week,” said Kyle Malnati.

146 North Logan Street sold after Thanksgiving 2020 for $920,000 after it was openly marketed through multiple advertising/listing services this fall. 13 investor tours were conducted and two offers were submitted for the Seller’s consideration prior to going under contract.
