Denver – Nexus Commercial Realty, LLC, has closed the sale of the Curtis Street Lofts, a 12-unit multifamily property for the sale price of $5,200,000. Brandon Kaufman & Nik MacCarter of Nexus represented the Buyer.

The 13,476 SF property is made up of 12 two-bedroom units. Built in 2013, the building is a new construction opportunity and one of very few boutique apartment deals in the Ballpark neighborhood. The property includes high-end finishes, a rooftop deck with city and Coors Field views, solar panels & 12 garage parking spaces.

The Curtis Street Lofts are located at 2063 Curtis Street, in the heart of the Downtown Denver Ballpark neighborhood and Central Business District. The building is located four blocks from Coors Field, home to the MLB Colorado Rockies.

The Buyer was in a 1031 exchange, and was attracted to the large units and location, as well as the upside in rents and auxiliary income.
