Capstone has closed the sale of 8707 Ralston Rd in Arvada, a 1.79-acre development property for the sale price of $1,500,000.  Travis Hodge and Tony Bobay of Capstone represented the Buyer, Ralston Road Development, LLC.

The property currently has a 2,665 SF Office building that will be demolished to make room for a new 50-unit townhome project. The property is conveniently located next to Ralston Central Park and is along the newly improved 58th Ave transportation corridor that includes a new bike path along the south edge of the property line. The property is also only ¾ miles away from Olde Town Arvada and a mile from the commuter rail station.
