Michael Martin of Cherry Creek Commercial recently represented the seller in the sale of a successful private pay 8-bed assisted living facility in southeast Denver. The seller sold her last facility for $900,000 to retire after more than 30 years as an operator and owner of small assisted living homes. Loving Life Host Homes purchased the facility and business as a new operator of such facilities using George Taylor and The Bancorp Bank SBA program.
