Capstone has closed the sale of 8935 I-70 Frontage Road in Arvada, a 4.23 acre Contractor Storage yard for the sale price of $3,400,000. Travis Hodge and Tony Bobay of Capstone represented the Seller in this transaction. 

The property is currently being used as a storage facility and has been owned by the Seller since 2012. Buyer is buying the property as a covered land sale and plans to keep operating the property as a contractor storage facility with the potential for redevelopment further down the line. 

8935 I-70 Frontage Road is conveniently located with easy access to I-70, and nice visibility from the highway. The property also has easy access to downtown Arvada and 2 light rail stations.
