Capstone has closed the sale of 1389 Quari Street, a 17-unit multifamily property for the sale price of $2,470,000. Jason Koch of Capstone represented the Seller, and Brandon Kaufman of Capstone represented the Buyer in the transaction.

The unit mix is made up of 12 one-bedroom units & 5 two-bedroom units and the building is an exterior walk-up style. The property includes a small courtyard in the center, and provides off-street parking for tenants.

1389 Quari Street is conveniently located at the intersection of Peoria Street & 14th Avenue. The property is located less than a half-mile from the UC Health Anschutz Medical Campus, and a block in the same direction from the restaurants & retail located along East Colfax Avenue. 

The buyer plans to couple the property with his adjacent owned property, and make upgrades on the building at 1389 Quari Street to achieve a similar look to his property next door.
