Capstone has closed the sale of 801 S Shields Street, a 11,757 sq ft Colorado State University Fraternity House for the sale price of $3,200,000. Benton Adams, Christian Burgdorf, and Austin Smith of Capstone represented the Buyer.

The property saw major renovations in 2017 to interior/exterior as well as an operations overhaul. The asset will be delivered as a turnkey product.

801 S Shields Street is conveniently located at West Plum and South Shields one block removed from the University of Colorado State’s main campus. 

The buyer plans to hold onto the property for the for the foreseeable future.
