SVN Brokers Sale of Fort Collins Flex Property for $2.4 Million

Fort Collins, CO, May 19, 2021 – SVN | Denver Commercial, one of Colorado’s top producing real estate investment brokerage firms, is pleased to announce the sale of 225 N Lemay Avenue in Fort Collins. The 15,760 sq. ft. flex property was sold for $ 2,400,000.

Steve Kawulok with SVN | Denver Commercial represented the Seller, K-Venture Properties, LLC. Nick Norton with Waypoint Companies, LLC represented the Buyer.

This six-tenant flex building east of downtown Fort Collins sold for $2.4 million to a local real estate ownership group.  Sellers K-Venture Properties LLC originally developed the building in 1995 and continuously operated the property ever since.  The 15,760 square foot property includes tenancies of Snowbank Brewery, Paws ‘n Claws Veterinary Clinic, Roth Medical, Encore Electric, Fitness 44 Training, and Luminis Creo animation group.  225 N Lemay LLC purchased the property and its ownership consists of brokers at Waypoint Commercial Real Estate in Fort Collins.
