CBRE announced a 17,657-square-foot office lease at 7979 East Tufts Avenue in Denver, Colo., on behalf of Innovest Portfolio Solutions, LLC, a Denver-based registered investment advisor providing investment consulting and wealth advisory services.
Rob Link, Ryan Link and Kiana Akina with CBRE represented Innovest in the lease negotiations. The landlord is Los Angeles-based Lowe.
Innovest will relocate its approximately 56 employees to the 17th floor the 18-story, Class A building. The company will occupy the space in March 2022.

According to CBRE’s Denver Office MarketView Q2 2021, leasing activity totaled over 1.0 million square feet for Q2 2021, up 44.4 percent from the previous quarter.
