CBRE announced today that the firm recently completed the sale of 255 acres located at the northwest corner of Interstate 25 and Erie Parkway in Weld County, Colorado. Eric Roth and Martin Roth with CBRE’s Land Services in Denver represented the seller, Erie Ventures LLC, out of Oregon. The Town of Erie purchased the site for $6.35 million in a sale that closed Dec. 28, 2018.
“This property is one of the most visible interstate highway corners in the northern metro submarket and located at the front door of Erie, making the Town of Erie a natural fit to acquire the land. It was a short timeframe to meet the seller’s transaction goals, so we were pleased to see the buyer perform under such a quick timeline at the end of the year,” noted Eric Roth, Senior Vice President with CBRE.
