This 3 tenant light industrial building sold as part investment, part owner user. The long term tenant purchased the property at a strong price for the seller.
1218 W Ash St in Windsor CO sold on July 15, 2022. The 11,227 sq. ft. office building sold for $2,141,701.

Wess leased property for more than 8 years and sold it to one of the long-term tenants.The Seller decided to trade into another property for ease of management during retirement.
2731 W 120th Ave in Westminster CO sold on August 1, 2022. The 6,071 sq. ft. retail building sold for $2,360,000.
