Denver – Nexus Commercial Realty, LLC, has closed the sale of 1066 Clarkson Street, a 14-unit multifamily property for the sale price of $2,800,000. Adam Riddle, Nik MacCarter & Brandon Kaufman of Nexus represented the Seller in the transaction.  

The building consists of nine studios, four 1-bedrooms, and one 2-bedroom. The property was delivered to the buyer as a recently renovated asset.

1066 Clarkson is conveniently located near the intersection of Clarkson Street & East 11th Avenue, in the highly desirable and historic Capitol Hill neighborhood. The property is blocks from restaurants and retail in every direction.

The buyer plans to bring in a seasoned management company and continue operating the property as is. This property has done incredibly well through covid in terms of low vacancy and strong rent collections. The sellers plan on finding another opportunity to replicate the quality of renovation that they did on this building.
