On December 26th, 2018 Patrick McGlinchey of Trevey Land and Commercial successfully represented Viper Holdings, LLC in their purchase of a 1.15 AC lot at the Founders Crossing development in Castle Rock. The seller, Linden Partners, LLC, sold the land for $718,176. Viper Holdings, LLC will use the land to develop Liberty Car Wash. The state-of-the-art facility will provide quality car washes and related services to Castle Rock residents.
